Delivery of your new Ford is easy and hassle-free with Ford.US.com. You can do
it one of two ways: Either pick up your vehicle at a participating Ford.US.com
dealership near you, or have it delivered to your door. Here's what happens:
Once your purchase is finalized, you will be e-mailed a copy of ALL the
documents involved. This will include the vehicle's window sticker, the
purchase agreement with your total price, your financing contract, tax
documents and more.
If you're picking up the vehicle at a participating dealer, that dealer will
be sent the same documents. Of course, Ford.US.com will have a copy of
everything as well. At your convenience, a date and time will then be set for
you to pick up your vehicle at the Ford.US.com participating dealer.
Picking Up Your New Ford
When you arrive at the participating Ford.US.com dealership, you'll go
directly to a delivery desk. No salesman will be involved, only a Ford.US.com
delivery representative. Rest assured that you will not be subjected to any
hassle or sales pressure of any kind.
In fact, participating Ford.US.com dealerships have signed an agreement with us
that they are to simply deliver the vehicle in a courteous and respectful
manner. They have also promised that they will NOT EVEN OFFER to sell you any
other products or services. If they do, they are in violation of the
agreement.
We want to make new vehicle delivery a JOYFUL experience. That's why your
Ford.US.com delivery representative will greet you with courtesy and respect,
then escort you directly to your vehicle. It will be prepped, washed and have a
full tank of fuel. Once you've inspected it, driven it (if you wish), asked
any questions and are satisfied, you will be given a thorough introduction to
the vehicle's features and function... just as if you had purchased it
through the dealership.
After your introduction is complete, you'll sign the necessary documents, and
be given the keys. Then, you simply get in and drive away.
If You Have Any Trouble - Stop and Contact Us
In the unlikely event that you are not treated with courtesy and respect, or
you feel something is not right, simply stop where you are and politely leave
the dealership. Then please contact us immediately. We promise to resolve the
problem for you and arrange for your vehicle to be delivered by another
Ford.US.com participating dealer -- or directly to your home - within 24
hours.
In the event that you choose FREE home delivery of your vehicle, the same basic
steps will occur under the guidance of Ford.US.com delivery personnel. And
again, if ANYTHING seems uncomfortable or out of order, simply stop the process
and contact Ford.US.com immediately. We WILL solve the problem.
